Do NOT alter my artwork in anyway after it has been completed, if you'd like something changed or if I missed a part of your character - let me know and i'll gladly change it!

Adopts and designs made by me, can be resold, traded or gifted unless stated otherwise - however no more or less than the original price/worth without additional pieces (i.e. more artwork, merch or media).

Commissions are for personal use only, and cannot be used to produce physical items, profit or merch. Commercial rights can be bought from me with an additional fee.

Listed prices are the base price or price range. Please understand that the price may increase/decrease depending on additions and the complexity of the commission.

I hold the right to post artwork to my social media and use it in my portfolio, unless requested otherwise.

NSFW commissions are an additional fee. You MUST have ID or proof of your age being 18+. Once you've sent your D.O.B, I will send you some NSFW examples! ((YOU, are responsible for sending me YOUR valid ID, if its discovered that the ID isn’t yours or not valid - You will be blacklisted.))

Payments are made via paypal or cashapp, I offer the ability for you to choose 50/50 payments or all up front, this can be discussed more upon ordering.

You will be able to request a refund from me at any point. If you request a full refund after paying the full amount - I will issue one. Unless the artwork has been fully lined. Once fully lined, I can issue a partial refund and will keep 50% of the total amount sent.

If the work has been fully completed - you can no longer get a full or partial refund.

Any other payment issues will be handled by communicating with you, the commissioner, to come to any agreements outside of these set terms. This includes any equivalent exchanges (i.e. Product, Merch - Value MUST be the same as requested service.)
